Oral-B Product Warranty

Oral-B product warranty applies to Electric Toothbrushes only.

Toothbrush Heads, Toothpaste & Floss are excluded from warranty coverage.

Your Oral-B standard warranty begins on the date of purchase and lasts for 2 years.

By purchasing a device directly from Oral-B UK Official Store (oralb.co.uk), you benefit from an automatic 1-year extended warranty, giving you a total of 3 years of cover.

You will receive an email confirming the details of your extended warranty following purchase. Please retain both the warranty confirmation email and your order confirmation email as proof of purchase.

If your Oral-B product develops a fault during the warranty period, Oral-B will repair or replace it free of charge. To make a warranty claim, please visit our Support Centre.

The warranty does not cover cosmetic damage such as scratches, defects that have a negligible effect on the value or operation of the appliance, or damage caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accident, misuse, dirt or water

  • The product being tampered with

  • Improper use

  • Repairs carried out by agents not authorised by Oral-B/Braun

  • Failure to take proper care of the product, including recharging

  • The product being altered or used for commercial purposes

Within the guarantee period, Oral-B’s service partner Olympic Shaver Centre Ltd. will eliminate any defects in the appliance resulting from faults in materials or workmanship, by repairing or replacing the complete appliance free of charge. Depending on availability replacement of a unit might result in a different colour or an equivalent model.

Oral-B’s service partner aims to process your toothbrush within 5 working days of receipt. Should they have any questions they will be in touch, otherwise your toothbrush will be restored to full working order and returned to you.
